Lovely Undies at La Senza
Right now is the ideal time to stock up on underwear at La Senza, winners of the 2010 Cosmopolitan fashion award for favourite sexy lingerie brand. At the moment they have their famous 5 pairs of knickers for £12. I take advantage of this offer every year, first in the January sale and then in the summer sale....Well, I'm only human after all!

I love the wide range of styles from sexy thongs to cute little knickers to chilled and flattering shorts-style pants. Some of these are in really pretty floral prints, others have ruffles and bows. They also have basic and microfiber knickers in black, white and nude at 3 for the price of 2

, all of which match well with the everyday essential bras which are on sale at £10 each

is underwired, padded and available in fantastic summer brights as well as basic black or white for only £25 for 2 bras. I really like the bright colours as a way to hold onto that summer feeling for as long as possible! For a super enhanced cleavage try out the new XXX bra

. This multiway lightweight gel bra can increase your cup size by 2 sizes! I really endorse bras like this because they give women a confidence boost and make women with smaller breasts less likely to resort to painful and expensive surgery.

Last but definitely not least check out the fantastic swimwear range that is on sale. It can be really hard to find attractive and flattering swimwear but La Senza seem to have this down to a fine art, with some beautiful shapes and colours - including of course the ever-slimming black! For example these swimming costumes

are now only £10, down from as much as £45. Bikinis have been in fashion for a while now but I think that a good swimming costume looks sexy and sophisticated with the added bonus of providing good cover for any wobbly bits. I'll be getting a bright one to cheer up my Autumn and Winter trips to the swimming pool!
